Momma Dee (@ThaRealMommaDee) of “LHH: ATL” Will Host “Queen” Shoot in Miami!

“Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta” ‘s own Momma Dee may be known for her outrageous behavior…but now, she’s looking to do something positive for models, offering them a life-changing opportunity & a chance to take their careers to the next level.

“So many people pay thousands of dollars for a photo shoot that goes nowhere and does nothing for their career,” she said. “But I have a shoot that’s FIT FOR A QUEEN.”

Momma Dee (real name: Deborah Gaither)first made the announcement about the shoot on her Instagram a few days ago; since then, the response has been overwhelming.

The Fit for a Queen Power Shoot will take place on September 20th in Miami, and will conclude with her birthday party in Miami on the next night. The shoot will be done for Momma Dee’s new line, The Queen Collection.

For $750, models will get:

  • a photoshoot with world-class photographer Scott Church, whose work has appeared in Playboy, Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, and Penthouse (amongst countless other magazines);
  • a behind-the-scenes video by acclaimed videographer Amseshem Foluke’, who’s done work for Universal Records, XXL Magazine, and the Resorts World Casino in New York City;
  • behind the scenes photos placed on the Corbis photo wire for press and publicity;
  • full hair, makeup, wardrobe, and even professional lashes done by South Florida’s own Kiss My Lash;
  • publicity conducted by Momma Dee’s personal publicist, Bernadette Giacomazzo of KBPR, LLC;
  • GUARANTEED coverage in The Source Magazine, as well as other magazines to be announced;
  • partying in VIP with Momma Dee on the night of her birthday party in Miami the next night; and
  • inclusion in all promo, marketing, and publicity for the line.

    But the best part of all? This shoot WILL be filmed for television.

    “There are models out there who spend thousands of dollars on ‘photo shoots,’ and they go nowhere (except degrading, ‘big booty’ magazines), do nothing for their career, the photographers take weeks to get the photos to the models, and — worst of all — some photographers even go so far as to assault the models they’re shooting,” said Bernadette Giacomazzo of KBPR, LLC, the firm hired to represent Momma Dee & the Fit for a Queen shoot. “But what Momma Dee is doing — what she’s offering these models — is a life-changing opportunity to really do something with their careers. For a small fee, these models will be thrust into the national spotlight, booked for other, paying shoots (thereby making their money back several times over), and shown what a REAL professional team looks like. But, best of all, they will be treated like the Queens that they clearly are.”

    Models who are interested in being considered for the shoot should e-mail three (3) photos — which include headshots & body shots — a bio & resume to If selected, the team will be in touch to discuss details. Slots are filling up quickly!
